Designer's Table: Colour Schemes for your Home

  • 12th Floor 11 York Road London SE1 7NX United Kingdom (map)

Join our Designer’s Table on the 12th Floor of the Tower Building in Waterloo, for an inspiring morning of colour schemes, coffee and panoramic views across London, as part of the VO Curations Cultural Programme.

In this workshop Audrey will:

  • explain how she uses colour to create distinct atmospheres in the home and help you apply these techniques to your own room(s)

  • give you an overview of colour theory which you can apply to your own project

  • invite you to explore paint swatches and other materials from our samples library and start creating a colour scheme for your room(s)

  • discuss paint finish options available for walls, woodwork, metalwork etc and how to use them appropriately on different surfaces throughout your home

  • share our knowledge of different paint brands and products

Bring along photographs of your room(s) and architect’s plans if you have any, although plans are not essential. Do also photograph any key items you would like to incorporate into the space, eg artwork or patterned fabrics, rugs etc. If you are starting from scratch and don’t have any furnishings yet that’s no problem!

You will leave with a selection of paint colour swatches you feel would be options for your room(s) and the vision to progress your project to the next level.

Refreshments & materials are included in the ticket price.

Tickets £55 + booking fee - book here.

Since setting up our interior design studio 10 years ago, we have worked with over 250 London homeowners at various stages of their projects. Not everyone needs or wants the ongoing help of an interior designer, but many appreciate some professional guidance and advice at certain stages of a refurbishment or redecoration project. This is what inspired us to create the Designer's Table events.
