Designer's Table: Design Your 'Work From Home' Space

  • 12th Floor 11 York Road London SE1 7NX United Kingdom (map)

Join our Designer’s Table on the 12th Floor of the Tower Building in Waterloo for an inspiring afternoon of interior design, drinks and panoramic views across London, as part of the VO Curations Cultural Programme.

In this workshop Audrey will:

  • get you started with some traditional space planning techniques using layout paper and scale rulers so you can begin to plan your 'Work from Home' space without the need for any computer programs

  • discuss different styles of furniture, storage, lighting and accessories and give you some tips and ideas to consider specific to your requirements

  • invite you to explore our samples collection including furniture finishes & materials, paint colour swatches & fabrics and put together some ideas for your workspace

  • answer any questions you may have to do with your project and give you some suggestions

Bring along dimensions and photographs of the space you wish to work in. Do also photograph any key items you would like to incorporate into the space, eg items of furniture, lighting etc. If you are starting from scratch and don’t have any furnishings yet that’s no problem!

You will leave with a sketch drawing of how your 'Work from Home' space could look and function to best suit your needs, an understanding of furniture / material options and the vision to progress your project to the next level.

Refreshments & materials are included in the ticket price.

Tickets £55 + booking fee - book here.

Since setting up our interior design studio 10 years ago, we have worked with over 250 London homeowners at various stages of their projects. Not everyone needs or wants the ongoing help of an interior designer, but many appreciate some professional guidance and advice at certain stages of a refurbishment or redecoration project. This is what inspired Audrey to create the Designer's Table events.
